Week 3 of the BCS Standings
USC regains the number 1 spot in Week 3 of the 2005 BCS standings, the first time two teams have flip-flopped the top 2 spots in consecutive weeks. Virginia Tech, Alabama, UCLA and Miami round out the top 6. Why 6? Because no team below 6th at this point in the season ever made it to the BCS Championship game.
Fresno State and Oklahoma join the BCS Top 25 replacing Minnesota and Northwestern.
There are five teams which remain undefeated. Will we see yet another controversy with the BCS system? Stay tuned.
