2006 Preseason All-Big 12 Football Team

DALLAS — Adrian Peterson (Oklahoma) was named Preseason Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive season, Rufus Alexander (Oklahoma) was selected Preseason Defensive Player of the Year and Sergio Kindle (Texas) was chosen Preseason Newcomer of the Year in a Big 12 Conference media poll.
